All three homes have 4 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths.  And these Braxton Village homes offer great values, with some of the most affordable homes in the area.

609 Holly Thorne happens to be the largest home of the three, at 2812 square feet.

 So, do Open Houses work?  I think holding a home open for a willing seller is a proactive effort, good service, and better than laying around complaining about a slow market.
