			<span style="font-size: 16px;"><span style="font-family: arial,helvetica,sans-serif;">I fall into the freshen, repair, and update camp.&nbsp; Of course, that is dependent on the ability of the Home Seller to afford the costs  of work out of pocket prior to receiving sales proceeds.</span></span></p>
