			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>It is a little confusing, but the first time buyers tax credit has been extended and expanded into the first half of 2010<span id="more-114"></span></p>
<p>Buyers must be under contract by April 30, 2010, and must close by June 30, 2010.  Potential buyers with credit issues now have a few months to work on their credit, and get into the arena.</p>
<p>I predict another rush of activity from late March to early April, 2010, and Cary, NC, closing attornies whose offices will struggle with business volume in June.  60 day closings will be common in April, 2010 contracts.</p>
