The North Carolina Zoological park is an easy day trip from Cary, NC. It is only about 65 miles from our home near Davis Drive in Cary.
We went out on Saturday. Sky was bright blue, and the fall leaves were coming into their own. And the temperature was perfect for strolling through the habitats. We go to one entrance and ride the tram back to the other entrance and walk back to where we started, with lunch on the way.
I always grab the opportunity to shoot a lot of photos along the way, and have the slide show below to share.
