The reason for the delay is important.  The deed has to be recorded before the home is yours.  Generally, it is better if you get the keys and move into the home after recording.
You may be able to make arrangements with the sellers to rent the home for the period of the delay, but that can also be problematical.

You might speak with your agent's broker in charge about various alternatives, or to lodge your complaint.

		<description>it says the deed has to be recorded before you get your keys but must will give the keys out any ways.  What if you sign your closing and it take over two weeks for them to close becasue your realtor is not the smartest?  would there be someone higher that you can talk to to get the keys?
