I confess:  This website is driven by my Cary, NC real estate business.  If you are buying or selling a property in “Wake County and Beyond,” I hope my site will encourage you to consider talking to me.  And if I starve to death, the site goes with me.  That’s a cold fact of life.  

There.  I feel better that we have dealt with THAT.

Here’s my approach to avert starvation:

This site is here to serve you.  It is that simple, with no strings attached.  My interpretation of public engagement in the Web 2.0 real estate world?  It is about YOU, not ME.

My goals were simple:

I wanted a lean site, with no flash, splash, or other trash to bother you.  Hal and I kicked around abject minimalist presentation vs. a little flesh on the bones, and we agreed on the site you see.   I like it, and I hope you do, too.

People go to Realtor websites to search for homes, more than any other reason.  I wanted to make your property searching easy and appealing.   The “No Hassle Home Search” is front and center on my Home Page, with “Advanced Searching by Map” just a couple of clicks away.  “No Hassle Home Search” means unlimited access to searching the Triangle MLS through our IDX solution.  You can search, save, email, and organize your results.  Without the intrusion of required registration.  Required registration parameters are disabled in the control panel.   Have a question?  Email me or send a message.  Your choice.  “No Hassle.”  Guaranteed.

Within a few minutes of hitting my Home page, I want to make it easy for you  to know a little, or a lot, about the Triangle area, so we are offering myriad community profiles and photo slide shows in “Neighborhoods.”

I demanded fast page loads and easy navigation.  Keeping it lean helps achieve those goals.

I wanted you to have a chance to learn a little about me and how I think, hoping that may put you at ease to contact me.  This personal blog:  “Journal” should help.  That is where I will be offering my thoughts and exchanging ideas with readers.  Offer a comment or two if you feel the urge.
